1.1. All bookings made through JimCorbettSafari.com are subject to the rules and regulations set by the Corbett Tiger Reserve Authority and other relevant government bodies.

1.2. We act as a booking facilitator between guests and the official authorities/resorts, ensuring a smooth reservation process.

1.3. The terms outlined here apply to all users, whether they make a booking online, over the phone, or via email.

2. Booking Policy

2.1. All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

2.2. Safari and accommodation availability is determined by the Corbett Tiger Reserve booking system; we do not control availability.

2.3. Guests must provide accurate personal details, including name, age, gender, and ID proof, at the time of booking. Incorrect details may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

3. Identification Requirements

3.1. Guests must carry the same government-issued photo ID used during booking (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License).

3.2. Foreign nationals must carry their passport and visa documents as per Indian law.

4. Safari & Accommodation Rules

4.1. All safaris are operated as per the official schedule and zone allocation by the Forest Department.

4.2. Zone allocation is controlled by the forest booking system and cannot be changed after confirmation.

4.3. Late arrivals at the entry gate may result in denial of entry, and no refund will be issued.

5. Payment Policy

5.1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other methods listed on our website.

5.2. Prices displayed include applicable government fees, permits, and guide charges unless otherwise stated.

5.3. Any increase in tariffs, government taxes, or permit fees after booking will be payable by the guest.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1. Once a safari or forest lodge booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable under forest department rules.

6.2. Resort bookings follow their individual cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

6.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

7. Liabilities & Responsibilities

7.1. JimCorbettSafari.com is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to:

• Weather conditions
• Government orders or forest restrictions
• Natural calamities
• Vehicle breakdowns or strikes

7.2. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and are subject to nature and luck.

7.3. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the trip.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Guests must follow all instructions from safari drivers, guides, and forest officials.

8.2. Littering, loud noises, feeding animals, or violating park rules may result in fines or expulsion from the park.

8.3. Alcohol, smoking, and firearms are strictly prohibited inside the park.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1. Personal information provided during booking is used only for reservation purposes and is kept confidential.

9.2. We do not share your data with third parties except for mandatory requirements by the Forest Department or legal authorities.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
